Hi there! I’m Marion, a Certified Personal Trainer with 17 years of experience, and I’m here to help you unlock the confidence that comes from within. My journey has been anything but ordinary, taking me from the energetic dance scene in Germany to the breathtaking landscapes of Australia and now to the vibrant streets of New York City.

I’ve built a diverse career in fitness, starting with my own dance school and evolving into managing a fitness club. I’ve had the privilege of teaching dynamic group fitness classes on national stages and holding numerous licenses in various disciplines, including water aerobics and indoor cycling. My passion for movement has always been at the forefront of my life, and I believe that when we feel good physically and mentally, we can tackle any challenge that comes our way.

Living as a backpacker in Australia for a year allowed me to embrace a unique lifestyle that taught me invaluable lessons in resilience and adaptability. While exploring the beauty of independence, I continued to deepen my commitment to health and wellness.

Now, after five incredible years in New York City, I’ve combined my extensive fitness background with a focus on mindfulness and self-acceptance. I believe that valuing yourself and embracing your unique journey are essential components of personal growth.
